Designer Commission

Wakefield Live Music Consortium is a new group of existing promoters in Wakefield that is looking to work collectively to promote live events in the city. We are looking for a designer to work with us to create a regular (bi-monthly / quarterly) physical flyer to promote our gigs.

 

Our group doesn’t have any existing branding, so the designer will have free rein to create something new that will excite audiences about Music in Wakefield

.

We have a fee of £1000 to design the flyers over a 12 month period. We anticipate the designer will create a template, and then update the listings on a regular basis.

 

Our preference is to work with a designer in Wakefield or with local connections, but welcome interest from everywhere. There is no formal application form, just send an email to longdivisionfestival@gmail.com with information about yourself, examples of any previous work and any thoughts on how you might approach this work. Please send this by April 15th.

 

Wakefield Live Music Consortium consists of Bodys, Long Division, Philophobia Music and Wakefield Jazz. This project is funded by Arts Council England’s Grassroots Live Music Fund.
